Our commitment

Idaho Rock Supply wants every customer to be able to price a material, get a delivery quote and place an order, whatever technology they use to browse. That is part of running the business.

The standard we work to

We are working to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We consider this site partially conformant, which means most of it meets that standard and some of it does not yet.

What we have done

The site was assessed on September 12, 2026 using automated testing across the pages that matter most, the home page, product pages, the calculators, the cart and the contact form, alongside manual review. That assessment found and we have since fixed:

  • Form fields and controls that had a visible label but no label a screen reader could use
  • A remove-from-cart button that screen readers announced without saying what it removed
  • Star ratings that were not announced at all
  • Body text and interface text that did not carry enough contrast against its background

We have also added automated accessibility checks that run before any change reaches this site, so these specific faults cannot come back unnoticed.

Where we know we fall short

Automated tools catch roughly a third of real accessibility problems, so we do not claim this list is complete. Known gaps: we have not completed a full screen reader pass on every page of the site, and some older pages have not been reviewed in the same detail as the ordering path. Third-party content we embed is not always under our control.

Tell us if something blocks you

If any part of this site stops you from doing what you came to do, tell us and we will fix it. Please say which page you were on and what happened. We aim to reply within two business days, and if a fix will take longer than that we will tell you where it stands.
