Prepare Before Delivery
- Remove obstacles from the material placement area
- Provide a 12-foot-wide dump truck route without low branches or wires.
- Use a cone, flag, or clear marker to identify the intended dump spot
- Being home is not required. Leave access open and provide placement directions.
- Keep a phone handy, as the driver might call or send a text to confirm
At Delivery
- For placement questions, the driver may call or text you
- The material will be unloaded in a pile at the location you specified
- The usual unloading point is the driveway or accessible ground beside it
- Allow about 10-15 minutes for the full delivery process

Is it necessary to be home when materials arrive?
No. Leave an open route and instructions for the drop location. The driver will dump the material where directed.
What order quantity is available?
Order any quantity, from a single ton to a full multi-ton load. Put your project size into the calculator, or tell us what is needed and we will load it.
Can material be unloaded in my backyard?
A clear, level surface is required for dump trucks to unload safely. Backyard placement is possible when a truck can access it. Otherwise, unloading is normally at the driveway or beside the street.
What happens if my order is too large or too small?
The calculator can help estimate your material needs. Place another order if you need additional material. Review the refund policy for cancellations.
Are weekend deliveries available?
Delivery is currently offered only on weekdays (Monday through Friday). Choose the date you prefer at checkout.
Which confirmation details will I get?
Your order and delivery details will be sent by email immediately. We will also contact you to confirm the delivery date and provide the supplier's contact information.
What happens if a truck cannot reach my property?
A dump truck needs a 12-foot-wide access path clear of low branches and overhead wires. If it cannot access your site, the driver will unload as close as safely possible. Contact us before ordering if access is a concern.
