Foundation beds look finished and drain well
Four tons of river rock went around the foundation beds and under both downspouts at our place in Payette. Rounded stone looks a lot more finished than the mulch we had there before, and it keeps the splash from downspouts from digging holes in the flower beds during heavy rain. Beautiful rock, long haul with the wheelbarrow
Landscape two properties out near Donnelly every summer for absentee owners, and river rock is what most of them want around the foundation beds since it holds up better than mulch through our winters. Six tons this round split between both places, and at one property the driveway was too soft from spring runoff for the truck to risk it, so the driver dumped near the road instead of by the house.
