Culvert backfill held through runoff
Replaced a rusted culvert under our gravel lane outside Weiser and used number 8 to backfill around the new pipe before compacting the road base on top. Took just under two tons for the job. Sharp looking but dusty going down
Bought two tons of number 8 for a walkway topcoat behind the house in Pocatello, replacing the old pea gravel that kept scattering into the lawn. It's angular enough to stay put and looks sharp against the flower beds. Only complaint is how much dust came off the pile when we spread it, my wife had to hose down the patio afterward.
