Crawlspace finally stayed dry
One of our rental buildings out in Rathdrum has always had water creeping into the crawlspace whenever the snow melts fast off the roofline, and previous owners never fixed the grading around the foundation. We brought in five tons of 89 stone and laid it in a band around the entire perimeter, tucked under the downspout drops where the erosion was worst. The tandem truck squeezed down the shared driveway between two units without touching either mailbox, which the last delivery from a big box store's rental yard couldn't manage. Since it went in last spring the crawlspace has stayed bone dry through two seasons of heavy runoff.

Great around the barn, needs edging
Used 89 stone as a pea gravel substitute around the base of a mounting block and along the barn aisle in Filer. Three tons did both areas with stone left for touch ups. It looks clean and drains well after wash stall water, but without edging it migrates into the grass a little more than I expected and I'll be adding a border this fall.

Paver bedding that actually compacts
First time doing a paver patio and went with number 89 as the bedding layer after reading it compacts better than plain pea gravel. Two tons covered a twelve by fourteen patio out back in Star with a little left over for the joints. Idaho Rock Supply's driver even helped me figure out where to dump it so I wouldn't have to move it twice.
